Thoughtful ideas.Software witha real purpose.

Hi, I’m Hervé.

I build software for businesses and the people behind them. It starts with understanding what actually matters to you.

Behind every piece of software,
there are people.

Curious by nature. A builder by conviction.

That’s the part I care about most.

I’m Hervé Bagalwa, a software developer and entrepreneur based in Québec City. I hold a master’s degree in computer science from Université Laval and have more than five years of development experience, including three years at CGI.

That experience taught me to look beyond the code: to ask better questions, understand how a business works day to day, and find the solution that will genuinely help.

Today, I bring that mindset to my own projects: practical software built around real needs, with a clear path to becoming a viable business.

An idea, put into motion.

Understand a need. Then do something about it.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING

Calensera

Time is valuable. Especially yours.

Managing appointments can take up a big part of an already busy day. I’m building Calensera, an appointment-booking platform for small service businesses, with that everyday problem in mind.

Fewer assumptions.
A better understanding.

Good software starts long before the first line of code.

  1. 01

    Listen first.

Understand your day, your constraints, and what gets in the way. The right questions are worth more than a rushed answer.

  2. 02

    Find what matters.

Separate the nice-to-haves from what would make a real difference. A specific problem deserves a considered solution.

  3. 03

    Build for real life.

Make something simple, useful, and commercially viable. Then put it to the test, learn, and make it better.

Technology is the means. Creating value is the point.
